The Huskies Keep Climbing! 🐾🤼‍♂️

Congratulations to our BHS Wrestling Team on a hard-fought and incredible team season! These athletes left it all on the mat Thursday evening, showing the grit and determination that defines Breckenridge.

While the team duals have wrapped up, the journey is far from over! We are shifting gears as our wrestlers head into Individual Districts. It’s time to dial in, stay focused, and hunt for that podium.

Snow Much Fun at Forest Hill! ❄️🌲

Our Breckenridge 3rd Graders had an incredible day of exploration and "cool" science during their visit to the Forest Hill Nature Center this week! 🐾

It was a perfect blend of hands-on learning and winter adventure. Our students spent the day:

Investigating Nature: Engaging in hands-on science activities that brought their classroom lessons to life. 🔬

Winter Play: Taking full advantage of the fresh snow with some classic sledding and outdoor fun! 🛷

Problem Solving: Working together on outdoor challenges and discovery-based learning. 🧠

A huge thank you to the staff at Forest Hill for hosting us and providing such a memorable experience for our Huskies! 🐺✨

Sticking With It: Our 8th Graders Are Tapping Into Success! 🍯🌳

Guided by our awesome Transportation Director, Mr. Hillman, these students are getting a true "tree-to-pancake" education. Yesterday, the 8th-grade crew hit the field to:

Scout and Identify: Helping to find the perfect maple trees on campus.

Measure and Prep: Calculating the right spots for the health of the tree.

The Big Tap: Using drills and hammers to set the taps and start the sap flowing.

🥞 The Ultimate Reward

The students are working hard now with one goal in mind: a massive pancake breakfast once the syrup is boiled down! It’s a sweet ending for a lot of hard work in the winter cold.

Stay tuned for more updates as our Huskies monitor the sap levels! 🐺✨
