Dear Breckenridge Families, As the holiday season approaches, I want to take a moment to send my warmest wishes to you and your loved ones. On behalf of all of us here, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
We are deeply grateful for your continued support of Breckenridge Community Schools. Your partnership is the foundation of our success, and it allows us to stay focused on the progress we are making each and every day.
Our mission remains clear: we are growing together and are dedicated to providing an environment where every student feels a true sense of belonging. We believe that when a student feels seen, heard, and supported, there is no limit to what they can achieve. As we look forward to a bright 2026, we carry our shared vision with us: Together we grow, One Team, One Goal, every student thrives. Thank you for being such an integral part of our school community. Enjoy this well-deserved break, and we look forward to seeing our students back in the halls soon! "Tried to steal Christmas… ended up stealing the spotlight! 💚✨ #GrinchDay"
The Grinch made a special trip to Breckenridge Elementary today to help send our students and staff off on winter break! Whether he was crashing music class or "helping" out in the classrooms, he definitely kept us on our toes. It was also the coziest day of the year for our building-wide PJ Day! Even our staff got in on the fun, trading their regular gear for festive pajamas to celebrate the final day of the semester.

Sweet Traditions in Spanish Class 🥨 |
Our Spanish classes had a delicious hands-on experience this past Friday, December 12! Students learned the art of making buñuelos mexicanos (also known as Mexican elephant ears), a beloved traditional treat. From mastering the rolling pins to watching Señora fry them to golden perfection, it was a fantastic day of cultural learning. The highlight, of course, was the final touch—a generous sprinkle of cinnamon sugar! ✨ |
